Assassin’s Creed is the beloved blockbuster franchise based on a series of historical action-adventure open world stealth video games developed by Ubisoft.

Launched in 2007, in less than four weeks Assassin’s Creed recorded more than two and a half million units in sell-through sales worldwide and was the fastest selling new video game intellectual property in the US and the UK ever.

In 2012 Assassin’s Creed became the first of Ubisoft’s franchises to reach the 59 million units sold milestone.

Today Assassin’s Creed is one of the most popular video game franchises of all time, with more than 100 million copies sold.
